Yes — we offer free site assessments and live product demos for serious enquiries. We can set up a pilot classroom or boardroom so your team can try the panel before committing budget.

Can you quote against a government or institutional tender?

Yes. We regularly participate in tenders and can format our quotes, specifications and documentation to match your procurement panel requirements. Just share the tender reference with us.

What payment terms do you offer?

We offer flexible payment terms including advance + balance on delivery, and net terms for established institutions and corporate clients. We’ll discuss the best option during quotation.

Do you ship outside West Bengal?

Yes — we supply and coordinate installation across India. Pan-India delivery and on-site installation is our standard service model.

Can I visit your office to see products in person?

Absolutely. Our office in Kalyani, Nadia has a selection of interactive panels and AV equipment on display. Call ahead to schedule a walk-in and we’ll have a product specialist ready for you.
